Return Policy
There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product to request a refund or an exchange. Call us at:800-821-1429 or send us an email at: info@caressentials.com to get instructions on how to return your order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to CareSsentials, Inc. when you return product that is not defective. You are responsible for the product until it is received at the CareSsentials return address so it is recommended that you insure the package for the value of the original purchase.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued back in the same manner that payment was made. If you used a credit card or PayPal for payment, the credit will be issued back to your credit card or through PayPal. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued in the amount of your credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or the result of an error by CareSsentials.
Product Refund
Upon receipt of your returned purchase a credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded.
Subscriptions Services Refund
Upon notification of your desire to discontinue your subscription, you will be issued a refund for the balance of the subscription that has not been delivered that is greater than one month. Subscription services of a partial month will not be refunded.
Coaching Services Refund
Upon notification of your desire to discontinue coaching services, you will be issued a refund for the balance of your coaching services that have not been delivered.
