Testimonials - What they are saying about CareSsentials
About Life Coaching
|
| Wow, Jo really helped me with many diverse issues from organizing financials, creating fun time for working on my taxes and magnetizing to me the perfect CPA to helping me resolve some old, deep emotional issues.
The whole time I worked with Jo, I felt (and still feel) really inspired to take time out for action as well as rest and play. There is a balance in my life now that wasn't there before, and it feels really wonderful. By honoring my body, time, rest, as well as making appointments with myself for tasks and rewarding myself afterwards, I have accomplished a lot more in a shorter amount of time. Every issue no matter how big or small became such an easy, effortless creation. Jo has a way with words, too. I have heard the most profound, wonderful statements come out of her mouth. I feel happy, peaceful, joyful, blissful and grateful. - Loretta |
I have to share with you how wonderful Jo Cavanaugh is. She is a fabulous coach!Last week, I was running around in the same circle I had been stuck in for a year. I just couldn't get past this one major life issue that revolves around livelihood. I'd been working on it and working on it, using all the tools I could think of, and I still felt stuck. Then I talked to Jo about it for an hour and a quarter and voila! Problem solved. So easy. So effortless. So joyful.
I cannot tell you how happy I have been since. My life is sheer joy because Jo effortlessly helped me find what feels good. The funny thing is how easily she does this. She is truly gifted.
Try her! If your experience is anything like mine, you'll make a quantum leap forward! With great love and gratitude, Sue |

About the electronic newsletter "Caregiver Tips"©
|
| Thanks for this newsletter. I find it so useful and it always seems to pop up on my computer screen at a time or with an item included that I really needed to read.
I have a hard time balancing work and caring for my 96 year old Mother - who lives some 45 minutes away. I do work things at work, home things at home and Mother's things at Mother's house... but there just doesn't seem to be time for it all. Reading snippets from your newsletter always gives me an idea, support, realization I am not the only one out there, or a chuckle or two - something we all need. Anyway, thanks for your caring. - Sally |
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the Newsletter. I look forward to it now. I had no idea such a thing was out there. I am the primary caregiver to our 12 year old son who has retractable seizure disorder. He can not even attend school, but certainly keeps me hopping. Anyhow, thank you as I have already
for resources for products that are making our family life much better and
my mood much better as well. Sincerely, Jennifer |
Thank you so much for your newsletter, I look forward to the rest of them!

I just want to thank you for this website. I am a caregiver to a parent with Alzheimer's, and the information and tips have been so very helpful to me. It is a difficult job to undertake and I have lost much of my own life in order to care for my Mom because a Nursing Home is not an option for her. I have lost a job, but I have started by own business, so I guess it is true when the Lord closes one door, he always opens another for us. Thank you again for all your information. I look forward to receiving your email each month.- DEBI |
Your tips are re-assuring and greatly appreciated. They help to remind me to take care of myself too, even though sometimes I may feel a little guilty...but if I don't who will & sure can't help anyone else, right??~~ I used to keep a journal, and then got away from doing so...good idea to start again. When I come up with any good tips, I'll share too. Thanks again for the support & enjoy hearing from you. All the Best, Betty |
Thank you, I enjoy reading your newsletter, it comes at a most difficult time in my life and I appreciate it. - Christine

I always thought I had the answers by having all my important computer files

You can't help but find at least 25-30 tips that fit certain situations you
deal with on a day-to-day basis. I kept finding tips that seemed to be
written just for me, these tips are awesome! Thanx Jo!
Rob
Have all your files with you in the form of a
cell phone you probably already carry - 24/7!

Before time tamer came along, I had no idea where all my time went. Now I have found out. Time Tamer has given me the ability to have more time with my family and do the things I want to do for a change. Thanks for making such a great system.
